One of my favorite greenhouses and only a mile away from the inn. My friend Marianne has retired but her daughter has taken over and is doing a great job. Creative planters, lots of hanging baskets, and a nice selection of herbs and perennials. They have especially cute baskets for Mother’s Day. Lots of annuals at good prices and I really like their potting soil – it’s in the back by the cash register. They now accept credit cards and occasionally have some produce from the garden. The asparagus is yummy. They will close the one on Wentzel Road as summer heats up, but you can catch their greenhouse at 310 Reading Road (Route 625) just around the corner. It will carry plants and produce all summer long. Both are closed on Sundays.
