This outdoor antique market is just up the road from the inn and offers shopping in the shade. Although it has fewer patrons than in it’s heyday, there are still some good buys to be had. If you follow Antiques Roadshow, you might remember the Keno brothers. The twins got their start here at Shupps, following their dad around on early morning trips and soaking up knowledge along the way. There are clean restrooms, food offerings , and “regulars” that come weekly to sell their collections. We’ve found several favorites here – from an antique weathervane to a collection of seltzer bottles. They are open Saturdays and Sundays, and Fridays of Extravaganza weekends….that would be the last full weekends in April, June, and September. Look for more dealers, lots of specials and extended hours. They are closed in the winter months. Here’s a blog we wrote about Shupps a few years back.
