Mary’s Gift Shop is a small, locally-owned store in Lancaster County offering a mix of gifts, home décor, and antiques. It has the best selection of bird houses around, so be sure to look outside the shop too. You just never know what you’ll find here. There will be items painted by Mary and her family, mostly in folk-art style. This shop is on the farm and deep into the backroads of Lancaster County. If you happen to be in town for Memorial Day, they have a huge sale – it fills two barns (plus the shop) and it opens at 6 a.m. And yes, lots of folks come earlier than 6! (It is Lancaster County you know). Your nose will guide you there on Saturday as they have Chicken BBQ available.
