Central Market is the oldest continuously operating Farmers Market in the United States. Housed in a beautiful historic building, stalls sell everything from herbs and flowers to fresh local produce, meat, cheeses and more. Several stands offer baked goods and food ready to eat from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. three days a week – Tuesday, Fridays and Saturdays. Located in downtown Lancaster, there’s plenty of parking in nearby lots. It’s home to the famous Long’s Horseradish and Linden Dale Farm, and so many choices for lunch – from Caribbean Cuisine to Korean Fare and everything in between! Quite the yummy place to go.
